Your business.
Your AI team.

Start with the work that keeps following you home.

That social post you haven’t written. The campaign you need to organize. The marketing piece that needs another draft. The emails waiting for a thoughtful reply.

Bring one task. Learn how to explain it, give AI the right background, and review what comes back.

  • Social posts

Turn one useful business idea into a draft you can refine in your own voice.

  • Campaigns

Give a campaign a clear goal, an audience, and a manageable next step.

  • Marketing materials

Use your existing documents and brand assets to shape a more relevant first draft.

  • Email

Practice summarizing a thread and drafting a reply—with your review before anything goes out.

You bring the judgment.
AI gets an assignment.

Think of an agent as a junior employee. It needs context, access to the right tools, a clear task, and a definition of done.

We’ll build that working setup together. Start with documents and examples you’re comfortable using, choose a low-risk task, and learn by asking.

Just get started. You can build confidence before handing over more consequential work.

A practical afternoon.

  • Find a task worth handing off

Identify a recurring drain on your time and define a useful result.

  • Build and manage your business context

Practice context building with selected documents, emails, presentations, media, and brand assets. Learn context management: keep that background organized, relevant, and current. Decide which tools AI needs and what it may do.

  • Build skills. Assign, review, refine.

Practice skill-building: create reusable AI instructions and workflows for recurring tasks. Give an agent work, check the result, and improve the instructions. Use a Decision Roundtable to examine a choice from different perspectives.

  • Choose your next small experiment

Leave with a draft and a clear next task to practice. What you produce will depend on the task and tools you bring.

Start small. Think big.

Do I need to know how to code?

No coding is planned. The focus is explaining your business, assigning work, and reviewing results.

What should I bring?

A laptop, access to the AI tools you already use, and one business task. Bring sample material you have permission to use; fictional or redacted examples work too.

Will AI send emails or publish for me?

The exercises focus on drafts and review. You decide what is ready and what actions you want to authorize.
